About Me

Trained in transport and logistics in Paris — air, rail, and road freight — I was confronted early with a universal field reality: CRMs mishandled by everyone, bypassed by parallel tools, no longer trusted by the teams that depend on them. That reality is what led me here.

I design solutions that address real business problems — the ones that cause money loss, client attrition, and wasted time. I do not code. I analyze, architect, and orchestrate AI assistants to build custom tools.
